Cheesy Rockin Lobsta Pasta

Maybe it’s because I grew up lovin mac n cheese and seafood, (or… the fact that I loved a
particular band back in the day that sang about lobsters at the beach! LOL !) But…. this
CHEESY ROCKIN LOBSTA PASTA is one of my all time faves for the fam or if you want to
impress your guests at a fancy meal.
Can you smell the garlic yet?? Our AMI ISLAND GIRL ROASTED GARLIC BLEND tunes the
dish to a higher level - adding a rich, caramelized and roasted garlic flavor that will keep
everyone coming back for an encore!
Lotsa Cheese, Lotsa Lobsta & Lotsa Garlic Flavor! Oh yeah!!! No Lobsta? No
worries….shrimp, scallops, crab, and even imitation crab (surimi) are great options too!
They say pasta is the ultimate comfort food… with it’s texture and creaminess & fun shapes!
Cavatappi (Corkscrew), Rigatoni & Big Shells are my faves for this one! And… the shells
always make CHEESY ROCKIN LOBSTA PASTA feel beachier too!
Ready for some high level decadence? Get your island girl vibe goin with our AMI ISLAND
GIRL ROASTED GARLIC BLEND and CHEESY ROCKIN LOBSTA PASTA!

Add AMI ISLAND GIRL ROASTED GARLIC BLEND and continue to whisk.
Gradually add 3/4 of all cheeses til melted. Keep remaining cheeses for topping.

Grab a large baking dish (9 x 13), pour pasta in first, slowly adding cheese sauce and lobster.
