Once the summer grill fires up - you can almost smell (& taste) the juicy burgers!
Add some grilled buns, some fun sides, a nice cold beverage - and the summer party has begun!! Cue the beach party music & let it begin!!!
We all love a good burger don't we?? And... sooo many different toppings! You could make a different one every night of the week!
Jimmy Buffet loved his burgers too - singing…. “I like mine with lettuce and tomato, Heinz Fifty-seven and French fried potatoes. Big kosher pickle and a cold draft beer…."
Those are the classic burgers - just like BBQ, Swiss & Mushroom, and many others….

Surprise flavor explosion in this one?? A tangy easy bleu cheese sauce with crumbles (YUM!) - along with the classic lettuce, tomato, cheese, and onion that we sing along with in Jimmy’s beach party anthem “Cheeseburger in Paradise!”
Sooo fire up the grill, grab the spatula, throw on our BEACH PARTY PLAYLIST… & enjoy our SEXY DAD BOD BANGIN' DOUBLE STACK BURGER from SUNSHINE DAZE!
DIRECTIONS:
Grab an icy beverage... then grab a large bowl (LOL) First things first right??
Burger mix
Add 1 lb ground round (or beef)
Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. SEXY DAD BOD BURGER BLEND over burger meat
Crumble 6-10 Ritz crackers into the beef
Crack one egg into mixture
Mix everything together very thoroughly and patty into 3-4 large patties.
Easy Bleu Cheese Sauce
In a small pan...
Add 1/2 cup your favorite bleu cheese dressing
2-4 oz. bleu cheese crumbles
1/2 cup whipping cream
warm slowly
(I also added more bleu cheese crumbles at the end for extra cheesy flavor)
Fire up the grill...
Grill burgers to preferred temperature. Then throw some buttered buns on for a quick grill too!
Grab your buns, layer lettuce, tomato, onion, drizzle the warm blue cheese dressing over burgers and serve!
Enjoy!!!! Goes great with our BEACH PARTY POTATO PALOOZA French fries!

6-10 Ritz crackers
one egg
1/2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. Bleu cheese dressing
2-4 oz. Bleu cheese crumbles
Butter
Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, etc...
